About the Team

TechTorch solution architecture teams lead complex enterprise transformations across cloud platforms, digital commerce, data, and AI. We work closely with delivery teams, engineers, and client stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and future-ready platforms - often in regulated, high-impact environments.

Our teams operate globally and collaborate across AWS, frontend engineering, Salesforce ecosystems, data platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect. This role is envisioned to own end-to-end technical solution design across AWS infrastructure, headless frontend architecture, and data/integration workstreams.

You will ensure the overall systems are scalable, secure, performant, and aligned to both near-term MVP delivery and long-term platform evolution. This role requires strong consulting experience, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to translate business goals into clear, executable technical designs across multiple teams.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across AWS, headless frontend (React / Next.js), and data and integration layers

• Design platforms that balance MVP speed with long-term scalability, security, and maintainability

• Provide architectural leadership for high-traffic, consumer-facing web applications on AWS, including hosting, CI/CD, performance, security, and observability

• Lead frontend architecture decisions for SEO, performance optimization, and API-driven integrations

• Design and orchestrate complex integrations across APIs, middleware, and third-party systems in distributed enterprise environments

• Define data architectures and reporting pipelines, including Snowflake-based analytics and cloud-native data flows

• Partner with teams on AI and GenAI use cases, including agentic AI workflows, decision automation, and AI-enabled platform capabilities

• Align Salesforce Commerce (B2C/B2B or headless) and Salesforce platform integrations with custom architectures and Salesforce constraints

• Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to drive alignment on architectural tradeoffs and delivery decisions

• Act as a proactive thought partner, identifying opportunities for innovation, simplification, and acceleration

Who You Are

• 10+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture roles, with strong consulting background (required)

• Proven experience designing consumer-facing web platforms on AWS

• Strong hands-on knowledge of modern frontend architectures (React, Next.js or similar)

• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, security, CI/CD, observability, and performance tuning

• Experience designing data and reporting platforms, with skills in Snowflake, Python, SQL, and cloud-based data pipelines

• Practical experience with AI / GenAI solutions, including exposure to agentic AI or AI-driven orchestration patterns

• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C or B2B), headless commerce, or Salesforce platform integrations (strong plus)

• Comfortable operating across multiple workstreams and “wearing more than one hat” in fast-moving environments

• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

• Proactive, innovative mindset with strong ownership and bias toward execution

Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated or healthcare environments

• Exposure to enterprise integration middleware and complex vendor ecosystems

• Experience supporting PE-backed or transformation-heavy environments
