About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, resilient microservices-based systems. You'll focus on architecting solutions with a React front-end and .NET backend, ensuring high performance and security while driving innovation in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Design: Design microservices systems with React front-end and .NET backend, ensuring scalability and security.

• Technology Strategy: Define the technology roadmap and stay ahead of trends in microservices and full-stack development.

• System Integration: Oversee seamless integration between microservices and the front-end.

• Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize architecture for speed and reliability.

• Security: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship and review technical deliverables for adherence to standards.

• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Documentation: Maintain clear architectural documentation for system design, data flows, and deployment.

• Continuous Improvement: Advocate for DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD and automated testing.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience:

• 7+ years of software architecture experience, with a focus on microservices.

• Expertise in React and .NET development.

• Familiarity with cloud-based architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus).

• Skills:

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration patterns.

• Proficient in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and database management.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.

• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Certifications: Cloud or microservices architecture certifications are desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with serverless and event-driven systems.

• Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, and OpenID Connect protocols.

• Leadership in large-scale enterprise projects.
