Als Solution Architect - Service Cloud V2 & SAP CE (m/w/d) übernimmst du die technologische Gestaltungskraft bei INTENSE und trägst entscheidend dazu bei, dass unserer Kunden aus der Versorgungswirtschaft moderne CRM- und Service-Lösungen erhalten. Du bist das technische Rückgrat unseres Service-Cloud-V2 und SAP-CE-Portfolios, konzipierst, designst und leitest die Umsetzung innovativer CRM-Architekturen - immer mit Blick auf Skalierbarkeit, Integrationen und den fachlichen Mehrwert für unsere Kunden.

Was wir gemeinsam vorhaben:
• Entwicklung der Architektur für SAP Service Cloud V2 und SAP Customer Engagement (CE) inklusive Erweiterungen und Customizing

• Leitung und Steuerung von Entwicklungs-Teams: Du übernimmst die technische Führung bei Projekten und bringst deine Erfahrung in Code-Reviews, Design-Entscheidungen und Best Practices ein

• Integration von Service Cloud V2 mit anderen SAP-Systemen (z. B. S/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA Utilities, BTP - CPI) und Drittsystemen

• Erarbeitung von Lösungskonzepten, Prototypen (POC) und Roadmaps

• Technisches Coaching und Wissenstransfer: Du förderst deine Kolleg:innen und sorgst dafür, dass hochwertiger, wartbarer Code entsteht

• Sicherstellung von Nicht-Funktionalen Anforderungen wie Performance, Skalierbarkeit, Sicherheit und Betrieb

• Unterstützung im Pre-Sales: Du hilfst bei der Erstellung von Architekturentwürfen, Aufwandsschätzungen und Präsentationen für Kund:innen

Was du mitbringst:
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Software-Architekt, Lead Developer oder Solution Architect, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf SAP-Cloud- und CRM-Lösungen mit dem Branchenfokus Utilities

• Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in SAP Service Cloud V2 (Standard, APIs, Erweiterungsmechanismen)

• Erfahrung mit SAP Customer Engagement / SAP CX/ idealerweise Utilities

• Solide Erfahrung mit Cloud-Architekturen, insbesondere mit SAP BTP - CPI, Microservices, API-Design und Integrationen

• Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse (z. B. in Java, Node.js, oder ähnlichen Plattformen)

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Projektmanagement

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
