Playtech is looking for a visionary Solution Architect with strong technical leadership and strategic thinking to shape the next generation of gaming platforms.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop high-level architecture and design for software solutions, ensuring they meet both functional and non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and scalability.
• Create architectural documentation and diagrams to support development and implementation.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks that align with Playtech’s technical standards and strategic goals.
• Design integration strategies to ensure seamless interaction between various systems and components, working closely with other architects and engineers to ensure compatibility.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the implementation phase, ensuring alignment with architectural design and standards.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Identify potential risks and devise strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that solutions comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements to existing systems and processes.

Components for success. You...

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Possess 5–6 years of experience in IT or a related field, with at least 3–5 years in a senior technical or developer role.
• Understand cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Are familiar with architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman.
• Have knowledge of software development methodologies including Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bring experience with API management, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Understand cybersecurity principles, data management, and infrastructure technologies such as networking, servers, and virtualization.
• Have experience managing or leading IT projects and working with different stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, especially when translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead technical teams and drive architectural decisions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and understand how to incorporate them into business solutions.
• Understand business processes and how technology can drive value, including working with third-party vendors and evaluating their solutions.

Our team plays a critical role in shaping Playtech’s technology landscape. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to design scalable, secure, and innovative systems. You’ll join a global and diverse team of architects and engineers, gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies and business domains.
