Solution Architect (MS Dynamics 365)

We currently have a vacancy for a Solution Architect (MS Dynamics 365) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert. The work will be carried out in the company’s premises or remotely within EU. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated into the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team onsite.

Your tasks

• Lead and contribute to the solution architecture, design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Apps based tools/applications;
• Assess, propose, design, prototype, develop, test, configure, and maintain technical solutions related to key business requirements for improvements of Dynamics 365 and Power Apps based tools/applications;
• Provide senior consultancy support and conduct studies on technical issues regarding Dynamics 365 and Power Apps tools/applications and related ICT governance processes;
• Support the implementation of the architectural aspects of CRM, including the design of building blocks, data modelling, integration, and migration patterns;
• Support the configuration and customization of the system as well as the integration and customisation developments using Microsoft Dynamics Plugins and Web Services;
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including enterprise architecture documentation, solution architecture documentation, operational maintenance manuals, version description documents, release guidelines, and user manuals;
• Be involved in requirement gathering meetings and training sessions for final users.

Requirements:
• University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of at least 10 years;
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 core product platform and its modules Customer Engagement, Project Service Automation, Field Service, and Project Operations;
• Experience with MS Dynamics Development Framework using .NET and JavaScript;
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customizations like Entity-Relationship Management, Processes, Flows, Business Rules;
• Experience with Dynamics 365 licensing schema and security model;
• Experience with Web Technologies such as JavaScript, Angular.js, Typescript;
• Experience with API landscape using Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft Dataverse Web API;
• Experience wirh Power Apps landscape including Power Automate and Power Apps Component Framework;
• Experience with solution packaging and deployment between environments;
• Excellent command of the English language.
