You as part of tonies::
We are currently on a journey to transform our digital backbone, replacing a fragmented legacy landscape with a unified S/4HANA Public Cloud digital core. As our Solution Architect, you will be the guardian of this transformation. You will take a cross-application and cross-process perspective, owning the end-to-end solution design and system integrity across all enterprise domains. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical excellence, ensuring our systems can scale as fast as we do.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include::
• Own Solution Integrity: Lead the end-to-end solution design across our entire ecosystem, ensuring technical standards and system integrity are maintained.

• Architect for Scale: Translate business demands and requirements into robust, scalable technical configurations within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

• Drive Integration Excellence: Design and optimize complex integrations between SAP and other platforms, including CRM, PLM, and e-commerce (e.g., Shopify, Commercetools).

• Technical Design Authority: Act as the "technical veto" in our Template Advisory Board, protecting the "Clean Core" and ensuring long-term maintainability.

• Bridge the Gaps: Work closely with our Enterprise Integration Team to leverage AWS Eventbridge and define modern, event-driven data flows.

• Collaborate and Innovate: Support alignment with Enterprise Architecture and help assess the technical feasibility of new business initiatives.

• Guide the Implementation: Partner with functional consultants and engineers to provide technical direction and guide them in realizing complex solutions.

What we are looking for::
• Deep SAP Expertise: You have significant exposure to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

• BTP Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience with SAP BTP

• Integration Expert: You possess deep knowledge of APIs and modern integration patterns.

• Scale-up Mindset: You have a proven track record of architecting solutions in fast-growing, multi-entity organizations.

• Hands-on Approach: You are not just a high-level strategist; you are comfortable getting "hands-on" with the system to solve complex problems.

• Analytical Power: You can interpret abstract business needs and transform them into detailed, high-quality solution designs.

• E-commerce & 3PL Knowledge: Familiarity with platforms like Shopify or Commercetools and 3PL logistics integrations is highly desirable.

• Communication Skills: You are an expert at facilitating workshops and guiding stakeholders through complex technical decisions.

• Bonus Skills: Previous experience or knowledge of coding is considered a strong advantage.
