Overview

The Solution Architect / Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and secure cloud-native solutions. This role bridges technical expertise with business needs, ensuring solutions are both technically sound and aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
• Lead proof-of-concept and MVP development to validate solution feasibility.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues in cloud environments.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:
Must-Have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Solution Architect, Developer, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong programming knowledge (Java, Python, C#) and database skills (SQL/NoSQL).
• Solid understanding of cloud-native design patterns, microservices, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of integration patterns and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and security best practices.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or SAFe.
