Scope of Service:

• To be involved in Proof-Of-Concept solutioning for new technologies.

• Overall Technical Lead for the product and all deployment tasks related to the product.

• To be System administrator for development related tools in the sandbox environment on Salesforce and Mulesoft.

• Provide Salesforce/MuleSoft/AWS expertise and guidance during technical solutioning discussions.

• Provide advice when required for enhancements related to product suite.

• Support onboarding of new features and enhancements on the product suite’s new versions.

• Liaise with product team to gather requirements and translate to technical solutions.

• Oversee the reduction of technical debt and set code reviews standards to ensure the code quality.

• Pair-program with our technical team to level up their skillset and domain knowledge.

• To be involved in discussion and solutioning for integration with other Applications.

• To provide technical expertise view on technical issues for developmental and operation maintenance of product.

• Review release notes for each of Salesforce major release to assess any impact to the System

• Work with the team to manage technical risks and ensure compliance to government’s security policies and adherence to secure coding standards and best practices, including data modelling, data sharing, and data privacy

Work Experience

• Shall have at least a Diploma, with at least Five (5) years’ of IT Solution Architect cum Technical Lead experience

• Experience in supporting Government Projects will be an added advantage.

• Experience in multiple types of Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service and etc)

• Familiar with Agile development methodologies

Technical skillset

• Shall have knowledge and experience in Salesforce

• Relevant experience in Mulesoft, AWS, Odaseva, APEX coding and DevOps will be an advantage

• Certification in Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and Salesforce Integration Architect will be strongly preferred

• Certification in Platform App Builder, Mulesoft Developer I, Mulesoft Developer II, Mulesoft Architect certification will be an added advantage

• Experience in SHIP-HATS platform, example, using GitLab for version control and deployment

• Experience in Project Management tool such as JIRA and Confluence will be an added advantage

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in stakeholders’ engagement.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to create and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentationStrong leadership and ability to manage technical tasks and software development.
