Your Mission

As a Solution Architect for Aerial ISR Systems, you will drive the development of integrated system designs for our unmanned aircraft platforms used in demanding defense and security environments. You will be responsible for turning complex operational requirements into robust, scalable, and mission-ready ISR solutions.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Lead and coordinate the architecture and design of ISR-focused aerial systems based on customer requirements, operational scenarios, and platform capabilities.

• Define and drive system-level solutions that align with military standards and interoperability requirements (e.g., NATO, BAAINBw).

• Collaborate cross-functionally with avionics, payload, software, and flight systems teams to ensure technical coherence and mission effectiveness.

• Interface directly with internal and external stakeholders (including defense customers, government bodies, and integration partners).

• Produce and maintain system models, architecture views, and documentation using tools such as SPARX EA, Cameo Systems Modeler, or Archi.

• Ensure compliance with relevant frameworks (NAFv4, ADMBw, STANAGs) and support certification and qualification processes.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems engineering practices.
