The Solution Analyst is a core member of Nuvei’s Solutions & Integration division, responsible for analyzing commercial, product, and partner-driven initiatives and translating them into actionable solution requirements. Operating at the intersection of business, product, data, and technology, the Solution Analyst leads the end-to-end assessment of new requests—from initial intake through scoping, gap analysis, BRD creation, and handover to Product & R&D.
The role requires a structured, analytical, and business-oriented mindset, with the ability to break down complex problems, validate feasibility, and ensure that all solution designs align with Nuvei’s platform capabilities, best practices, and commercial priorities.
Key responsibilities:
• A key expert who has knowledge in payments especially in technologies, integration frameworks and able to define, design and implement sophisticated techniques for client payment scope.
• Coordinate and conduct data-driven performance assessments, including approval rates, conversion analysis, fraud patterns, and funnel diagnostics. While supporting alliances, APM, cards schemes and teams by assessing new partner demands and integration requirements.
• Define the go-to-market strategy derived from platform restrictions and client demands, while outlining a step-by-step architectural manual for client onboarding.
• Responsible for leading demand management and client meetings to plan delivery of product engagement according to delivery and demand methodologies.
• Understanding the business framework and its technical implications for a client or a prospect partner, within the turbulent payment landscape throughout new trends and ongoing regulations applied to relevant markets.
• Matrix managing payments technical solutions per requirements and client needs for formal gap analysis identifying the delta between existing capabilities and required outcomes.
• Identify product gaps and raise with the relevant internal teams by taking main role in shaping and designing the APIs, payment features and Nuvei services.
• Own the creation of all solution related documentation, Business Requirements Document (BRD) including: Gap Analysis, Defined Elements to Deliver, Must Haves, Use Cases & Acceptance Criteria. Clearly articulate solution scope, assumptions, risks, and cross team dependencies. Facilitate alignment with Product, R&D, Data, and Operations.
• Highly skilled at applying consultative methodologies and solve solution pain points, while architecting features into best in practice solution to answer business pressing demands.
• Implementation Support & Execution Alignment - collaborate with Product Managers and R&D leaders to translate BRD items into actionable development tasks.
• Validation, Testing & Launch – drive UAT test-case definition and solution validation. Verify that all requirements meet functional, technical, and performance expectations. Align with teams to prepare for Go-Live readiness, ensuring normalization and proper rollout.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks running on parallel timelines and collaborate in a global and remote environment, while working in versatile fields (technology, product and business).

Job Requirements:
Experience & Background
• 3+ years experience in solution analysis, product analysis, business analysis, or technical project management.
• Experience in the payments industry is a significant advantage.
• Strong familiarity with solution lifecycle, including scoping, requirements engineering, and validation.
• High proficiency in analyzing API behaviors, web integrations, and platform workflows.
• Ability to understand data models, interpret large datasets, and perform meaningful data analysis (SQL or BI tools advantageous).
• Strong understanding of online payment flows, approval logic, risk/fraud components, and APM/card processing.
• Ability to create structured, clear, and logical technical documentation (BRDs, gap analyses, flow diagrams)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured, methodical approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Commercial, Product, R&D, and Data teams.
• Ability to manage parallel tasks in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Natural curiosity, attention to detail, and passion for bringing clarity to complex topics.
