Job Description

Master-Works is seeking an experienced ERP / Solution Analyst to analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle ERP solutions aligned with organizational processes and compliance standards. The role requires strong analytical and documentation capabilities, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical execution across enterprise-level environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements.

• Conduct workflow analysis and recommend process improvements.

• Support design validation, testing, and deployment.

• Ensure all solutions comply with governance and security standards.

• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and related documentation.

Requirements:
Qualifications & Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Business Administration.

• Professional certification in Business Analysis or ERP systems is a plus.

• Preferred Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as an ERP / Solution Analyst.

• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.

• Experience in enterprise or large-scale transformation projects.
