The opportunity

We are seeking a Solicitor/Senior Solicitor with 3 - 6 years’ experience to join our commercial litigation team based in Auckland. Led by experienced partners, David Broadmore and Luke Sizer you’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial disputes, including banking and finance, insolvency, property, construction and insurance disputes. The team deals with the full range of contractual disputes as well as dealing with negligence, judicial review and regulatory issues. Our clients include major corporates, government agencies, and individuals, across a range of industry sectors.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

3 - 6 years’ PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution

Capability to draft core litigation documents, including pleadings, evidence, and submissions

Ability to manage litigation files and meet deadlines

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience acting as a primary point of contact for clients
