About the role
We are looking for a Solicitor to join our market-leading Real Estate team. Our Real Estate team provides advice to New Zealand's most sophisticated property investors and developers, including leading domestic and overseas funds and property institutions and corporate property owners/occupiers on their most important projects. The team advise on commercial leasing, property development and major subdivisions, as well as acquisitions and disposals, hotel management arrangements and the agricultural and forestry sectors.
About you

2-4 years’ experience in real estate law.
Expertise gained from private practice in New Zealand.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Ability to build connections and work collaboratively.
A keen interest in the property sector.
