Job Description

We’re hiring a Solar Project Manager / Estimator to manage solar and renewable energy projects from estimating through completion. This role combines pre-construction estimating, project coordination, and field oversight to support successful, on-time project delivery.

• Manage solar and renewable energy construction projects from bid award through closeout
• Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for solar installation scopes
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and equipment procurement
• Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
• Communicate with clients, utilities, and internal teams to manage scope and timelines

• Experience in solar, renewable energy, or electrical construction project management
