Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Drive business growth by conducting sales visits for assigned leads and identifying new prospective customers
• Build and expand sales pipelines by exploring new sales channels and developing channel partner relationships
• Engage with prospects to understand their requirements, recommend suitable solar solutions, and upsell value-added offerings
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by providing ongoing support, timely information, and guidance
• Advise customers on service enhancements and efficiency improvements to maximize value
• Manage the end-to-end sales process using CRM and sales management tools
Cross-Functional Responsibilities
• Support and execute on-ground marketing and lead-generation activities
• Build, update, and maintain accurate CRM records and customer databases
• Participate in regular sales meetings, reviews, and performance discussions with the team
