Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases based on system requirements and specifications.
• Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate directly with developers and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive coverage and defect-free product delivery.
• Log defects in a timely manner, prioritize testing efforts, and follow up on issue resolution.
• Participate in peer reviews of test cases and provide constructive feedback to fellow team members.
• Conduct onsite testing to assess usability and overall product experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and testing tools to enhance testing capabilities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with manual and automated testing (familiarity with tools like Selenium is a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in an Agile development environment is advantageous.
