Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide testing insights.
• Document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and verification of fixes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to team discussions and providing input on testing progress.
• Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Provide feedback and recommendations based on testing outcomes to promote continuous improvement.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Proficient in test planning, test case design, and defect management.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
