You must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance and complete a National Police Check.

YOU’LL

• Raise detailed defect tickets with clear reproduction steps and supporting artefacts
• Support investigation, resolution and retesting of defects with engineering teams
• Contribute to test plans, execution schedules and scope coverage
• Produce formal testing documentation including Test Summary Reports and status updates
• Support test readiness activities including test data preparation and environment validation
• Execute integration testing across internal and third-party systems
• Contribute to automated test suite development (e.g. Playwright, Selenium) to support regression and repeatable quality checks
• Participate in defect triage sessions, stand-ups and delivery checkpoints
• Contribute to uplift initiatives across the CTIS testing function through reusable assets and improved test approaches

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 2+ years’ experience as a Software Test Engineer across software products or projects
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps or similar ticket management systems
• Experience working in cross-functional delivery teams alongside architects and engineers
• Strong problem-solving capability within fast-paced development environments
• Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery models
• Strong understanding of modern online user experience best practices
• High attention to detail and structured documentation capability
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with end-to-end test automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Selenium) highly regarded
• Technical background to support defect triage and investigation desirable
• Understanding of secure software development practices advantageous
