We are looking for a Software Test Automation Manager to lead our QA automation team in Jakarta. You will drive automated testing, improve product quality, and ensure our software is reliable and ready for market.

Requirements:
What You Will Do

• Lead and manage a team of QA automation engineers.
• Build, improve, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Work closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams on high-quality releases.
• Create test plans, test cases, and automation strategies for new features.
• Track defects, manage fixes, and improve the overall stability of our products.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Train and mentor QA engineers to strengthen automation skills.
• Report testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to management.
• Work placement in Jakarta, indonesia.

What We Are Looking For

• 7+ years of QA experience, including 5+ years in a QA management role.
• Strong hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Postman/Newman, JMeter, etc.).
• Experience with API testing and automated regression testing.
• Good understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, BitBucket or GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate clearly in simple English.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or digital platforms is a plus.
• Able to speak Bahasa Indonesia and English fluentlyy
