Deine Aufgaben

• Du installierst und konfigurierst komplexe Primion-Software, erstellst die Schnittstellen für den Datenimport und Datenexport und sorgst für ein reibungsloses Go-Live bei unseren Kunden.

• Du hältst Schulungen und befähigst unsere Kunden zum Umgang mit den für sie relevanten Funktionen.

• Im Zuge der regelmäßigen Wartung der Software führst Du erforderliche Tests und Updates durch.

• Sollten Störungen auftreten, analysierst Du das Problem und findest eine Lösung.

• Du erstellst Lasten- und Pflichtenhefte.
