1. 与团队协作，负责从软件方面分析客户和系统需求，分解开发任务；

2. 负责新功能软件框架设计和开发；

3. 负责完成软件平台升级迭代和平台缺陷的修复；

4. 支持与协调跨职能项目团队；

5. 支持调试和解决产品开发各个阶段发现的问题。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机工程、计算机科学、相关专业；

2. 至少有5年以上的软件开发经历。

3. 编程语言方面

精通：Python, C#

熟练：Java, JavaScript/TypeScript

4.前端技术方面

熟练掌握至少一种前端框架（ Angular/ React / Vue)

5.后端技术方面

框架：ASP.NET Core（至少精通其中一种）

API 设计：RESTful API, GraphQL

微服务：了解微服务架构和相关技术

6.AI能力

了解LLM,RAG, 熟悉Dify、n8n低代码工具，能搭建工厂级AI应用与自动化工作流；理解LangChain/LlamaIndex框架原理，具备自定义工业专属工具、链及Agent的开发能力，能实现与工业系统的深度集成

7. 数据库技术

关系型数据库：Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL（至少精通其中一种）

NoSQL 数据库：Elasticsearch, MongoDB, InfluxDB（至少了解其中一种）

数据库设计：熟练掌握数据库设计原则和优化技巧

8.开发工具与环境

IDE：VS Code, IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, Visual Studio, PyCharm

版本控制：Git（GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket）

构建工具：Maven, Gradle, npm, yarn

容器技术：Docker, Kubernetes

CI/CD：Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
