Schedule: 5 days a week, fixed hours (no WFH; late/weekend work only in emergencies)

CTC: 30 LPA (negotiable for the right candidate)

We are seeking an experienced Software Team Lead with strong expertise in C++ and Qt to lead the development of enterprise-grade applications. Based onsite in New Delhi, this is a permanent role where you will guide a team through the complete software development lifecycle while ensuring technical excellence, performance, and timely delivery.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and provide technical direction to a team of software engineers.
• Design and architect complex, scalable enterprise applications using C++ and Qt.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies.
• Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle from concept, design, and development to testing and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, debug complex issues, and optimize application performance.
• Manage project timelines, task allocation, and resource planning.
• Stay current with advancements in C++, Qt, and related technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in C++ software development.
• Proven experience leading development teams in enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and the Qt framework.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, multithreading, memory management, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, databases, and network programming.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cross-platform application development using Qt.
• Strong background in GUI-based application development.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with performance profiling and testing frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
