Provide exceptional service to our customers worldwide

Communicate with customers on questions/issues related to our products and solutions

Go above and beyond our service level agreements to pro-actively diagnose and resolve issues

Be in hands-on opportunities with global product & customer support experience to learn from the best and improve your technical knowledge and communication skills,

Involve in a dedicated on-the-job training program on Telecommunication and Software products with the help of a mentor guiding you. 

Requirements for the position 

Pursuing a degree 4th class or 3rd class in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical, and Electronics Engineering programs, 

Available to work from the Teknopark Istanbul office,

Advanced level of verbal and written English, 

Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and develop yourself
