En tant que Software Solution Specialist, vous interviendrez sur l’intégration et l’évolution de solutions logicielles au sein des produits IT du client, en collaboration avec les équipes développement, architecture et product management.

• Analyse des requirements métiers

• Réalisation de fit-gap analysis

• Définition des spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques

• Coordination de l’intégration des composants logiciels

• Contribution à l’architecture solution

• Support aux RFP techniques

• Contribution à la gestion incidents / problèmes (ITSM)
