What you’ll achieve

As a Software Senior Engineer you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge software while providing creative solutions based on our business needs. 

You will:

• Develop and co-design complex software features across the agile lifecycle – from requirements and design to implementation, testing, and long-term support 

• Improve our stability by troubleshooting and integrating smart solutions to existing components 

• Work with peers, partake in design reviews while driving best practices to constantly improve the quality of our product 

• Implement algorithms to optimize performance, scalability, and reliability 

• Experiment with and integrate emerging AI infrastructure and frameworks into the development workflow to boost productivity and innovation

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with one or more of the following: storage, device drivers, databases, embedded software/firmware development, networking.

• Experienced level programming skills with intermediate in C/C++ and basic in Python 

• Experience and understanding of Linux internals 

• Great team player with the ability to work independently when required 

Desirable Requirements

• Background or basic knowledge in AI infrastructure or tools (e.g., RAG, MCP, open-source LLMs such as Llama, model fine-tuning, or orchestration frameworks), and their application in modern software engineering 

• Experience in agile methodologies
