The Quality Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Quality Center of Excellence by assisting in the development and implementation of quality processes, conducting quality assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about quality, process improvement, and driving excellence in software development.

Responsibilities::
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality processes and standards across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of quality standards and best practices documentation.
• Conduct quality audits and review sessions of software deliverables to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, testing, and product management to ensure alignment with quality objectives, priorities, and standards.
• Provide guidance and support to development teams in adherence to established quality processes and standards.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed to enhance the understanding and adoption of quality processes.
• Assist in the collection and analysis of quality artifacts, metrics, and key performance indicators.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement and proposing solutions.

Essential Skills::
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in documentation and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with quality assurance processes, tools, and methodologies.
