We are looking for an experienced Software Quality Manager to lead Integration, Verification, Validation and Qualification (IVVQ) strategy for complex public security and systems integration projects.
In this role, you will play a key part during bid and tender phases, ensuring technical requirements are accurately interpreted, planned, and integrated into the bid proposals. You will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), working closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful project acquisition and delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of IVVQ strategies and plans aligned with customer requirements and project scope
• Analyse technical and contractual requirements and ensure full compliance in bid proposals
• Define methodologies, schedules, resource plans and cost estimates for IVVQ activities
• Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies to strengthen bid competitiveness
• Ensure the IVVQ plan integrates with the overall project management and engineering plans
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, and Quality teams to integrate IVVQ into overall project plans
• Act as IVVQ SME during bid reviews and customer engagements
• Evaluate internal IVVQ capabilities and resources required for the project
• Oversee system integration activities, ensuring interoperability across software applications, hardware systems and IT infrastructure
• Develop and implement integration and testing strategies, including architectures and platforms, to enable secure, efficient data exchange and seamless workflows across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, software development and product experts) to gather integration requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Monitor the performance of integrated systems, identify bottlenecks or issues, and implement optimisation to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure proper version control, configuration management, and compliance with data security and privacy standards.
• Deliver training sessions and develop clear documentation to equip IT staff and end‑users with a solid understanding of integration processes and the ability to troubleshoot common issues effectively
• Provide associated documentation, according to internal process.
Requirements:
Essential Skills/Experience
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software QA/IVVQ, with at least 2 years leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle and IVVQ methodologies, standards and best practices

• Experience in IT, Security, or C2-related projects from a Systems Engineering perspective, with strong understanding of large-scale government project delivery and management.
• Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, TestNG, Gatling)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong motivation to contribute across the full project life cycle, from bids to project completion
• Experience working on large-scale, complex system integrations
Desirable Skills/Experience
