Software Quality Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing to join our growing FinTech team in Jaipur. In this role, you will take ownership of product quality by designing comprehensive test strategies, executing manual and automated test cases, and ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing financial solutions. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective test plans. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and passionate about maintaining high-quality standards in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute detailed manual and automated test cases
• Create and maintain automation frameworks and scripts using industry-standard tools
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, performance, and security testing
• Identify, log, track, and manage defects through their full lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity in requirements and test coverage
• Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or RestAssured
• Write and execute SQL queries to validate backend data integrity
• Integrate automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation, reports, and quality metrics
• Continuously enhance QA processes, tools, and automation coverage
• Ensure compliance with defined quality standards and best practices
• Proactively suggest improvements to enhance product reliability and user experience

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle management
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, or similar frameworks
• Experience in API testing and backend validation
• Solid knowledge of databases and SQL queries
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git and Jenkins
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Experience in FinTech, Banking, or Payment systems (preferred)
• Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner (nice to have)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure (preferred)
