About the team:

You will join the IONOS Cloud Quality team responsible for ensuring the quality of the IONOS Cloud Platform, one of our most strategic products. As a new leadership role, this position offers the opportunity to build a QA team from scratch, shape its culture and processes, and collaborate directly with development and product teams. You will work in a hybrid setup from our Cebu office, with close collaboration across international IONOS teams.

Main responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and develop a small QA team;

• Design, structure, and execute comprehensive test cases;

• Ensure high test coverage and maintain quality standards;

• Collaborate closely with development teams and product managers;

• Guide and mentor the team in understanding cloud infrastructure and the IONOS platform;

• Conduct regression testing of web applications;

• Perform cross-browser user interface testing.

We appreciate:

• International experience in managing teams;

• Proven experience in QA, with a focus on UI testing;

• Experience with both manual and automated testing approaches and tools;

• Solid understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure components;

• Ability to create and manage test plans independently;

• Comfortable working in Linux environments and logging into servers;

• Strong communication and leadership skills;

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with automation tools like Selenium or Playwright;

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows;

• Knowledge of observability tools for debugging and monitoring;

• Previous work on cloud-native platforms or SaaS products.
