The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development and successful delivery of the company’s Casino Management System solutions, with a strong focus on the Mexican market.

This role combines product management, client interaction, and project coordination, ensuring that product initiatives are aligned with customer needs while being delivered on time and according to defined priorities.

The position requires close communication with clients, gathering feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating operational needs into clear product requirements. The Product Manager will work closely with R&D, Operations, and regional commercial teams to plan, prioritize, and coordinate product initiatives, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to project deadlines.

A key aspect of the role is tracking product initiatives and implementation timelines, ensuring that developments, integrations, and releases are delivered according to agreed schedules and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Product Director and the Product Team to define the product (CMS) roadmap, client requests, and upcoming releases.

Gather requirements with key stakeholders (Client, Sales, Operations, and Management) to help define the vision and strategy of a potential feature for the product.

Research and watch for industry and market trends for CMS.

Take full ownership of a product feature and help to define our CMS end-to-end.

Own, prioritize, and communicate the short, medium, and long-term release plan of the product to the other stakeholders.

Work with Project Managers and Business Analysts, supervising and verifying that the written user stories follow the guidelines of the Product Department analysis.

Build stakeholder relationships and maintain alignment throughout the process with progress reports.

Create a product Marketing Briefing and help on communication strategy about products.

Work closely with the other Product Managers to understand the overall system status.

Work Experience and Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field (nice to have).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software or SaaS companies, working in roles such as Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager.

Proven experience managing or coordinating software development projects working with cross-functional teams, ensuring initiatives are delivered according to defined timelines, priorities, and quality standards.

Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, translating business and customer needs into clear product specifications.

Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Goal-oriented, proactive, and collaborative team player, with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.

Experience in the gaming or gambling industry, or casino operations. (Nice to Have)
