In this next-generation software product, you will work on a project that is constantly improving its processes and technology, while working with cutting-edge hardware devices.
Job Responsibilities
Serve as a technical lead for a multidisciplinary team of 3-4 engineers.
Develop new features with a strong focus on back-end components.
Contribute to defining product architecture and user workflows.
Propose and implement improvements to software, processes, and user experience.
Create automated tests to validate your code.
Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Document newly implemented functionalities.
Qualifications
Must-have
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with C# as a back-end developer.
Strong understanding and practical application of SOLID principles.
Experience with service bus architecture and microservices.
Familiarity with communication protocols such as SignalR, Protobuf, gRPC, etc.
Experience with TDD and testing frameworks (nUnit, xUnit, or MSTest).
Knowledge of continuous integration workflows.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid and international team environment.
Fluency in English.

Nice to have
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Front-end development (WPF or React)
Robotics or hardware integration (e.g., PLC interfacing)
Geospatial algorithms
CAD or metrology
