Are you an experienced engineer motivated by complex technical challenges and passionate about leading teams?

We are looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead to define the technical direction of our products, support developers in their growth, and deliver reliable, high-performing and scalable solutions.

In this role, you will drive high-impact projects using technologies such as C#, .NET Core and Web APIs, working closely with Product, Design and QA teams. You will play a key role in ensuring delivery quality, reducing technical debt and continuously improving engineering practices.
Your leadership will directly help us deliver products that exceed our customers’ expectations.

Responsabilidades principales
Lead the design, development and delivery of high-quality products and systems.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.

Oversee product architecture and ensure clear communication of the roadmap.

Define and promote engineering standards and best practices.

Act as a trusted partner for technical decision-making and innovation.

Support the growth of your team through coaching and performance evaluation.

Reduce technical debt and ensure system scalability.

In an agile environment, manage a team of 6 developers.

Contribute to upskilling initiatives, facilitate communities of practice and collaborate with peers on cross-functional projects.

Essential skills:

C#, .NET Core (preferred) / .NET

Web APIs.

Fluency in French and advanced level of English.

Desired skills:

Web Services.

Azure / AWS.
