Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Developer to lead the development of modern, scalable user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers to gather requirements, perform technical analysis, estimate effort using Agile methodologies, and build robust UI solutions using React. A key part of this role involves migrating legacy Ember.js applications to React and contributing to cloud-based deployments and CI/CD integration.

Job location: Black Duck, Prestige Blue chip park, Near Dairy Circle, Bangalore.

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Managers and UX design to gather and refine UI requirements.

Conduct technical analysis and provide accurate estimations using Agile practices.

Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using React.

Lead the migration of legacy Ember.js applications to React, ensuring feature parity and performance.

Work closely with the end-to-end acceptance team to identify and resolve UI-related issues.

Investigate and resolve customer-reported UI bugs and issues.

Contribute to cloud deployment strategies and ensure smooth integration of UI components.

Integrate UI development into CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

Promote and enforce UI development best practices including code reviews, documentation, and performance optimization.

Deployment & CI/CD: Cloud-based deployment experience (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of experience in front-end development with strong expertise in React

Proven experience with modern JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and UI frameworks.

Experience with Ember.js and migrating legacy applications is a strong asset, but not required.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
