Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with expertise in Relationship-Based Pricing (RBP) and Zafin SaaS platform to support enterprise pricing transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and implementing pricing strategies aligned with banking revenue and digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship-Based Pricing Strategy

• Define and implement relationship-based pricing (RBP) strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
• Translate business pricing models into configurable rules within Zafin SaaS platform.
• Design pricing frameworks across customer relationships, products, and channels.
• Enable differentiated pricing strategies for Retail, SME, and Corporate Banking segments.
• Support cross-sell strategies and optimize overall customer relationship value.
• Align pricing strategies with the bank’s digital transformation roadmap.
• Establish pricing governance, policies, and segmentation strategies.

Zafin SaaS Platform Implementation

• Lead implementation and rollout of the Zafin Relationship-Based Pricing platform.
• Configure pricing rules, bundles, catalogues, and discount structures.
• Integrate Zafin with core banking systems like Oracle-based platforms and Finacle.
• Ensure seamless data flow across upstream and downstream systems.
• Enable and manage real-time pricing APIs for digital channels.
• Support rule lifecycle management, platform upgrades, and release cycles.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and high availability.

Product & Pricing Management

• Define pricing structures for banking products such as accounts, loans, and payments.
• Configure fee waivers and pricing tiers based on customer relationships.
• Enable bundled pricing models across multiple banking products.
• Support product launches with pricing configurations in Zafin.
• Monitor and optimize product pricing performance.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to design competitive pricing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Zafin SaaS platform implementation/configuration.
• Hands-on expertise in Relationship-Based Pricing (RBP) concepts.
• Experience with Oracle systems and core banking platforms (e.g., Finacle).
• Solid understanding of banking products and pricing models.
• Experience in API integrations and SaaS platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital banking transformation programs.
