Location: Tel Aviv, Israel (Hybrid/Flexible)

About The Role

We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer to join our R&D team. As a Software Engineer at monday.com, you will design, build, and maintain scalable and robust features on our platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver solutions that have a direct impact on our users worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions across the stack

• Work in an agile environment with product managers and designers to deliver features quickly and efficiently

• Collaborate on system architecture, data modeling, and API design

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

• Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior team members

• Continuously research new technologies and propose innovating solutions for challenges

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, etc.)

• Experience with web technologies (React, Node.js, or similar frameworks)

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile team environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Bonus Points

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems

• Prior experience in SaaS or product companies
