Ruby on Rails Product Dev Co

• 6+ years of programming experience (preferably, in building web-applications)
• Ability to architect, design, and program large applications and write modular code. 
• Understands the importance of good programming practices - test driven development, code reviews etc.
• Can take ownership of large projects and guide a team to completing the features on time.
• Good experience in working with at least one of Python, Ruby, or Javascript
• You should know your way around *nix environments
• Ability to work independently, and ship production ready code
