About Job:
Senior Software Development Engineer, Pune, India 
 Responsibilities:
• Understanding business requirements and how they fit into the overall, global solution design  
• Embracing end-to-end the development and maintenance of any new feature including the estimation, the development and validation of new code, the design of testing scenarios up to the deployment into production  
• Following source and test-driven development best practices  
• Troubleshooting and identifying root cause analysis while resolving the issues  
• Minimum of 3-7 years of experience as a java full stack engineer including Postgres and C++ knowledge 
• Development experience in unit and integration test cases  
• Good Understanding on CI/CD Pipeline  
• Good exposure to AI tools in a development environment 
• Strong knowledge of version control tools preferably Github 
• Basic Knowledge on Linux/Unix environment (basic commands, shell scripting, etc.)  
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in an enterprise Agile/Safe environment  
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a Global Team  
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills  
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface across cross-functional technology teams and the business  
• Minimum B.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field  
• Experience using Collaboration Technologies: Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira, Confluence  
• Experience using Object-oriented languages Java  
• Experience using Atlassian tool suite, including JIRA, Confluence  
• Experience working with testing tools and Automation test needs  
• Motivated, high-potential performer, with demonstrated ability to influence and lead.  
• Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.  
• Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change 
• Teachable and embracing best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement  
• Consistently high achiever marked by perseverance, humility and a positive outlook in the face of challenges
