The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in nCino configuration, development, integration, and implementation, along with a strong understanding of the banking domain, particularly Commercial Loan Origination.

Job Description

This role requires a techno-functional professional capable of handling development, administration, and workflow customization within the nCino ecosystem.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize solutions using Salesforce APEX.
• Configure and administer nCino platform modules.
• Design and implement nCino workflows and maintain existing configurations.
• Develop and manage nCino/Salesforce integrations with internal and third-party systems.
• Participate in end-to-end nCino implementations.
• Manage deployments using Autorabit and follow DevOps best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate banking requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support production issues and provide root cause analysis and fixes.
• Ensure high performance, security, and compliance within Salesforce/nCino environments.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce APEX Development
• nCino Configuration & Administration experience
• nCino Workflow Development & Maintenance
• nCino Implementation experience
• Integration development within Salesforce/nCino ecosystem
• Experience with Autorabit deployments
• Knowledge of DevOps practices
• nCino Certification (Preferred)
• Salesforce Certification (Preferred)

Functional Skills Required

• Strong understanding of the Banking domain and financial terminologies
• Hands-on experience in Commercial Loan Origination
• Experience working across the complete product lifecycle
• Ability to work in a techno-functional capacity
