Job Description: Software Engineer- Mobile App Development

We are looking for a passionate Mobile Developer to design, build and maintain high-performance applications using Flutter, delivering exceptional experience across both iOS and Android. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, and backend engineers to build features that delight users and scale with our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter that perform seamlessly across both iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality features and user experiences.
• Ensure app performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through optimization, profiling, and code reviews.
• Diagnose and resolve bugs, performance issues, and integration challenges with APIs and native modules.
• Develop and maintain automated tests (unit, widget, and integration) to ensure app reliability and stable releases.
• Work on hybrid modules that integrate Flutter with native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) components.
• Conduct peer reviews and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices and technical growth.
• Stay updated with latest Flutter, Dart, and mobile ecosystem advancements, adopting improvements into the app architecture.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in mobile app development.
• Proven experience in developing mobile applications using Flutter.
• Strong proficiency in Dart, with proven experience in Swift and/or Kotlin for native iOS/Android development.
• Solid understanding of mobile architectures, hybrid integration, and design patterns (e.g., BLoC, Provider, MVVM).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Appium, Espresso, or XCTest is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, secure data storage, analytics, and performance tuning.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to clean, maintainable code.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively in cross-functional teams.
