Requirements:
About You

You are a seasoned software engineer with knowledge of standard software lifecycle and coding standards. You have been developing in one of major backend programming languages and willing to adjust if necessary. You like practical coding with getting things done attitude and have a little bit of consultant flavour. You align strongly with our company values and mission, and you thrive in an environment that [describes company’s cultural/work expectations].

Qualifications

• Multilanguage (java/kotlin/python), can code in other languages as needed based on project needs - preferably backend with some frontend experience
• Working knowledge of CI/CD, GIT, RDBMS / SQL, Linux
• Ability to

• cooperate with external and internal stakeholders (in English)
• work rarely in flexible hours based on project need
• travel abroad 1-2 times a year

💶 Salary gross range: Medior €3117 - €3900
Senior €3767 - €4800 tied to competency and technical evaluation.

Interview Process

👋 Introduction Stage (~30 min.)

• Recruiter Screen

🧑‍💻 Team Interview Stage (~120 min.)

• Stage 1: Technical Interview (60 min)
An interactive session with our technical team, focusing on your problem-solving approach and technical knowledge relevant to the role.

• Stage 2: Practical Collaboration (60 min)
A hands-on session where you will work directly with your future Team Leader and Hiring Manager on a real-world problem. This is a practical, collaborative exercise designed to see how you approach challenges, communicate your reasoning, and co-create solutions in real time.

🎯 Final Stage (~30 min.)

• CARES Interview: Final conversation with our CARES committee to ensure alignment with our core values—Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Excellence, and Shared Mission.
