Job Description

Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
-At least 7 Years’ experience in Application development
-At least 4 Years’ experience in Java
-At least 4 years of experience in Spring
-At least 4 Years’ experience as a Technical Lead
-At least 1 years of experience working on Cloud technologies

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
-1+ years experience working with Big Data Technologies such Apache Storm, Apache APEX and Hadoop
- 6+ Years’ experience in Java, Unix, Oracle and SQL Server
- 3+ Years’ experience in COTS products
- 4+ Years’ experience in DBMS such as Oracle, SQL server, SQL scripting, tuning and scheduling.
- Area-dependent developer certification (e.g. Sun Certified Java -Programmer/Developer, application vendor-specific certification).
- AWS Cloud experience

Does this candidate have at least 1 years of hands on experience with AWS?
Does this candidate have team leadership of people management experience?

One position is open in Mclean and one position is open in Richmond.

We are looking for candidates with strong dev ops experience, and for the role in Mclean having hands on AWS experience would be a plus.

Also having prior tech lead/management experience is a plus.

These role require individual contributor for coding on a daily basis.
