Software Engineer (Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB/ postgres, JUnit, CI/CD)

As an Engineer, you’ll be part of a team of smart, highly skilled technologists who are passionate about learning and prototyping cutting-edge technologies. Right now our platform is  Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Mongo, Postgres and Snowflake, and we continue to adopt the best of breed in cloud-native, low-latency technologies. Responsibilities 

• Write complex, maintainable code to develop scalable, flexible, and user-friendly applications, using Java and Spring boot, cloud Architecture 
• Design and develop highly available, low latency, cloud-native applications  
• Mentor team members  
• Participate in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of our Analytic applications - conceptualize, design, develop, test and deploy  

• Proven experience as a Java Spring Boot Developer.
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB or postgres
• Proficiency in JUnit and Mockito for testing.
• Experience with API integration testing using Postman.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud services.
• Github Copilot or equivalent
• Strong fundamentals in object-oriented programming and software design patterns
• Proficient in Python with strong coding and debugging skills.
• Practical experience in integrating APIs using FastAPI/Equivalent
• Handson in unit testing, code coverage tools – Pytest, sonar or equivalent
• Github Copilot or equivalent
