Key Responsibilities::
• Collaborate closely with your engineering teammates and business stakeholders. We want you to deeply understand our users' challenges and continuously improve our software to deliver maximum value to our clients.
• Work closely with the team to understand requirements, confirm alignment, and document key decisions and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with the team to write clean, high-quality client code. You'll focus on building performant, scalable, secure, and well-tested features.
• Contribute to high-quality code through our established code review process and help maintain code quality by writing unit tests.
• Get hands-on experience with the Scrumban methodology, including accurately tracking task statuses, reporting progress, and learning estimation techniques using our project tools.

Minimum Qualifications::
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in software development, with demonstrable expertise in the following technologies: Java & React
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (inheritance, polymorphism, classes, instances, properties)
• Solid understanding of algorithmization and core principles of engineering robust software systems
• Experience in both frontend and backend software development
• Hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL, SQLite)
• Knowledge of source control tools (Git)
• Proficiency in English (B2 and higher)
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Additional Experience Desired::
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of protocols like HTTP, SFTP, etc., and serialization formats like JSON and XML
• Experience with build lifecycle technologies like Maven, Gradle
• Proficiency with Android native development in Java or Kotlin
