We are building up a maintenance team in Wroclaw for the Client Reporting of Institutional Clients. The solution is based on COTS, an Enterprise Performance Measurement & Attribution Solution. Main responsibilities will include:

Embrace customer's requirements

Close collaboration with the vendor

Development, testing and implementation of the required enhancements

Ownership and administration of the application

Support the strategy for the Institutional Client Reporting Platform

Resolve 3rd Level Support tickets

Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement them with the help of the management

Create and update product-/process documents and knowledgebase

Drive a proper Change Management Control

Qualifications and experience

Skills:

More than 2 years of experience in Software Engineering

Good knowledge about SW development frameworks and SW quality management principles

Understanding of common issues/alerts and their troubleshooting in a distributed environment

Profound knowledge of MS Server 2008, 2012

Profound knowledge of Windows Roles and user Concept (e.g. AD groups, Access Management, ..)

MS SQL

Scripting languages such as WSH-Script (Windows Script Host), VB- Script (Visual Basic Script), WPS- Script (Windows PowerShell) and J-Script

MS Visual Studio

Basic knowledge of Windows networks, Communication

Knowledge of the following OS for SW Development Windows 7, 8, 8.1 / IOS / Androide is an asset

Knowledge of Subversion

Net Knowledge is an asset

Highly service oriented

Good communication skills

Good English language skills is a must

Background in financial industry is an asset
