Software Engineer - Intern

We’re looking for ambitious software engineering interns who want to make an impact. We want to make a difference in the lives of those falling between the cracks of the current healthcare system, and could use all the help we can get reimagining last-mile healthcare delivery.

Health tech is challenging enough on its own, but add in DoorDash-style logistics problems at scale and the constraints of a distributed labor force working in patients’ homes and things get interesting quickly. You’ll get to contribute to solving hard problems like how to:

🚗 Optimize logistics simulations for a fleet of mobile clinicians at national scale
📢 Strategize outreach across SMS, phone, email, and mail for maximal patient reach
🔍 Uncover care gaps and predict future risk with automated deep analysis of patient data
📝 Synthesize rich, pre-visit clinical summaries for our NPs using LLMs over patient records
🤖 Detect and prevent medical data errors with automated validation and anomaly detection
