This position is located onsite in Dallas, Texas.

We are looking for enthusiastic Test Engineers to join our Digital Enterprise Technology team and own application development for a complex portfolio of initiatives.

You will be working primarily on building new features, leveraging Salesforce technologies and the latest products. As a team, we will ensure that Salesforce customers receive the best support, ensuring high availability, cost efficiency and operational reliability.

This role works directly with Application Architects, Lead Engineers, Product Owners and Business Partners globally.This position is more aligned with the company’s strategic initiatives and programs. Being part of a team with Hybrid engineers, this individual is expected to help us ensure every line of code we push to production is of the highest quality.

Responsibilities:
• Independently design and deliver code for products with a quality mindset.
• Provides oversight through code and design reviews for features delivered by other developers within their scrum team.
• Actively support our agile framework - including establishing scrum team roles, tools, and practices
• Master the Salesforce development process, culture and code base, in order to improve it.
• Analysis and Design: Participate in a Test Design Review Board for integration test plans within and across clouds with focus on functional, business, complex scenarios, high impact projects, usability, and accessibility
• Master clouds requirements (e.g. underlying techstack, business usage, implementation)
• Create end-to-end, cross cloud-impacting, integration automation (API and UI) with complex Salesforce orgs
• Interface with customers to understand real life usage, build test cases
• Execute Testing with complex org setup, varied data models
• Organize and drive cross product testing
• Monitor product and/or feature-level quality health metrics (testability, test health, test coverage, etc)
• Works closely with senior developers, PM, and UX to ensure their features are delivered to meet business and quality requirements
• You are providing leadership and coaching to others on your scrum teams, as well as providing mentoring to others who may be on other scrum teams.

Requirements:
• 4+ years of proven experience programming/development with Java and Apex.
• Experience in design and implementation of Web Services and Prompt Engineering.
• Testing experience in Selenium/Gherkins.
• Proven experience with the development and maintenance of regression and performance tests in a complex architecture.
• Passion for testing with the “break it” mentality.
• 3+ years of automated testing experience in a web-based environment.
• Comfortable with both manual and automated testing.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience with developer tools like git, Visual Studio Code and Eclipse IDE
• Experience in UAT testing
• A related technical degree required

Desired experience:
• Experience testing on the Salesforce.com platform & API.
• Experience with Version Control, Code Collaboration, and Continuous Integration Systems – GIT, Jenkins, ANT, Sauce Labs etc.
• Certifications in Force.com and/or Java.
• Understanding of various user-based security models.
