Our platform lets users book FDs without opening a savings account, access instant withdrawals, invest in short-term instruments (including 7-day FDs), and discover curated fixed-income portfolios through a digital experience designed around speed and clarity. Right now, our team is working on deepening direct partnerships with banks and NBFCs, building on-ground presence in key cities, and expanding into adjacent savings products, all while maintaining the trust-first approach that has defined us since day one.

Our team

Saurabh Jain is a graduate from IIT Bombay who has previously worked as the CEO of Navi Mutual Fund and was leading Swiggy’s expansion into 500+ cities.

Harish Reddy is a graduate from IIT Bombay and has deep expertise in building wealth product strategy. He was leading product strategy and the tech implementation at Estee Advisors. Both founders have extensive experience in wealth-tech businesses and complement each other to help build a scalable and value-accretive business.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Web SE 3 (lead) to join our team. The role involves owning and scaling the WebView layer powering core customer journeys inside the StableMoney mobile app.

This role goes beyond frontend delivery. You will define the architecture, performance strategy, integration model, and engineering standards for WebView-driven product surfaces, ensuring seamless UX, mobile parity, and production reliability.

You will act as the bridge between Mobile & Backend, ensuring that WebView experiences are fast, stable, secure, and measurable.

Responsibilities:

Define a scalable ReactJS architecture for embedded WebView environments.

•
Design state management, routing, and API interaction patterns optimized for mobile containers.

•
Establish guidelines for JS-to-native communication bridges.

•
Ensure good performance for low-end Android devices.

•
Define a long-term test automation strategy.

•
Collaborate with the BE development team and product.

•
Continuously improve dev processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and team efficiency.

Own non-functional aspects (performance, scalability, security validation).

•
Leading a team of SE 1 & SE 2 engineers.

Requirements:

•
6+ years of experience in web applications with at least 2 years leading a Web team.

•
Strong command of Typescript, JavaScript, DOM APIs, and modern CSS, including animations.

•
Proficiency in any popular frontend framework like React, Vue, or Svelte. Experience with SSR frameworks like NextJS, Nuxt, and SvelteKit.

Expert-level understanding of data fetching, authentication, authorization, validation, caching, and performance optimization in browser and state machines.

Expertise in Web performance optimization, State management, and Mobile WebView constraints.

Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and modern CI/CD practices.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
