ABOUT THE TEAM

The GTPN (Global Treasury and Payment Network) Team is at the heart of Airwallex’s payment infrastructure, specializing in expanding the coverage of Airwallex’s global treasury and payment network, enhancing its capabilities and user experience, and provisioning innovative payment products grounded in a robust financial infrastructure.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As we expand our footprint globally, we're looking for passionate software engineers to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with product managers and designers globally, building products that not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations.

This role is based in Singapore.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and Innovate: Whether you're a backend wizard familiar with Kotlin/Java or a frontend maestro skilled in ReactJS, you'll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge financial solutions. Your work will directly impact the growth and success of businesses worldwide.

- Collaborate and Create: Work alongside a team of talented engineers, product managers, and designers to bring our finance products from concept to launch. Your input will be crucial in shaping the future of finance.

- Understand and Empathize: Dive deep into our customers' needs and challenges. Your good product sense will enable you to design and implement solutions that truly resonate with our users.

- Measure and Optimize: Leverage data to drive decisions. Your keen data sense will help you measure the success of our products and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

WHO YOU ARE

We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

- A minimum of 3 years of engineering experience.

- Bachelor degree or above in computer science or engineering related majors.

- You possess a wealth of experience in system design and software development, underpinned by a robust expertise in Kotlin/Java.

- You are data-driven and analytical. You view data as a narrative element of development, a critical tool that informs your decision-making process. Your ability to interpret data enhances product performance and elevates user satisfaction, making you a pivotal member of our team.
