Software Engineer I, Qsight

Overview:

We are looking for a Frontend Developer with 2+ years of experience in building modern web applications using JavaScript and React.js. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of frontend technologies, responsive design, and API integration.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Build reusable and scalable UI components with HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS.

• Work with Auth0 for authentication and authorization.

• Integrate and interact with REST APIs (GraphQL is a plus).

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of web applications.

• Optimize applications for performance and accessibility.

• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to create seamless user experiences.

• Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews.

Required Technical Qualifications:

• JavaScript (ES6+) – Strong foundation in modern JavaScript concepts.

• React.js – Hands-on experience with hooks, state management, and component-based architecture.

• HTML5 & CSS3 – Knowledge of semantic markup and modern CSS techniques.

• Tailwind CSS – Experience using utility-first CSS frameworks.

• REST API Integration – Ability to consume APIs and manage state accordingly.

• Git & Version Control – Experience working with Git repositories (GitHub/GitLab).

Preferred Qualifications:

• GraphQL – Understanding of queries, mutations, and Apollo Client.

• TypeScript – Experience with TypeScript for type safety.

• Testing (playwright, cypress) – Basic knowledge of unit testing.

• Auth0 – Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms.
