Software Engineer I (.NET MVC)

Position Summary:
The Software Engineer I is responsible for
developing software programming applications based on defined user/business requirements. As a Software Engineer I, this individual will be part of a dynamic team that takes pride in creating highly scalable, user friendly, and responsive SaaS applications.
Experience and Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree.
1 - 3 years of Professional IT experience.
The ideal candidate should have experience with one or more of the following technologies: C#, ASP.NET MVC (preferably MVC 5 or later), Entity Framework, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap, and SQL Server. Familiarity with modern .NET versions (such as .NET 6 or .NET 8) is a plus.
Working knowledge of object-oriented programming - C# or similar.
Familiarity with Python is a plus.
Working knowledge of relational databases - MS SQL Server or similar.
Working knowledge of JavaScript libraries - jQuery, etc.
Experience with HTML and building responsive user interfaces.
Must be a Green Card or US Citizen and be located in the US. Please note that we
do not provide visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of experienced Software Engineers, work on different software development tasks.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Troubleshoot and address issues in a timely manner.
Maintain and add new functionality to existing software applications.
Write code that is well written with minimal bugs.
Cross-functional collaboration with other departments within the organization to achieve optimal results.
Adhere to processes in place.
